Ascend-U's lead faculty and program director, Charlie Lang, has been a pioneer of executive coaching, coach training and leadership development in Asia since 2002. He was involved in the development of over 1,000 professional internal/external coaches. He's joined by Amit Chatterjee who has an impressive corporate background and has meanwhile become an accomplished executive coach and coach trainer.
