We also believe that there will always be a better way to achieve coaching results. While pursuing his passion for coaching and transformation, Charlie has developed a leading regional coaching organization operating in the Asian region, with offices in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Singapore and Tokyo. Charlie is a prolific thought leader and author in the areas of Leadership and Coaching, having written over 250 articles as well as the 2 books, "The Groupness Factor” and "The Coach Factor". He currently authors his 3rd book, tentatively titled ”The Mental Mastery Factor”.
